Antler Office are an established supplier of office furniture. The vast majority of their turnover was from online sales but they had seen a vastly significant decrease over the past 24 months. Once we were contacted to investigate the reasons for this it quickly became clear that the work of a previous SEO company had caused some serious issues with their ranking.

Essentially, our audit revealed that some recognized “black hat” techniques had been used in order to artificially create relevancy. We reversed these changes site-wide and removed all elements which could be perceived as index-spamming. This lead to submitting re-inclusion requests in order to re-establish Antlers rightful positions across their target keywords. We then applied our SEO campaign schedule process to create a bespoke ongoing on-site and off-site SEO campaign and continue to work with Antler to increase traffic through search.

We have also worked with Antler to analyze their current traffic flows and using Google Analytics have established that there are some serious flaws in the enquiry process. This has lead to a complete site-redesign which focuses on converting users at an earlier stage in the process. We have also been able to use this opportunity to build in SEO elements from the build stage allowing for a holistic and robust approach to search engine traffic which will allow Antler to benefit from consistent and ethical search marketing for years to come.
